After every significant rain event water would flood into the entire east facing side of the condominium into units and common areas.
We presented a plan to the Condominium Board to have an Infrared Scan (performed by
Brady IR).
Upon receiving the scan we were able to identify very specific areas of water intrusion and prepare a detailed report outlining the recommended
necessary repairs.
Report included 3-dimensional AUTOCAD scaled isometric images highlighting the areas where water was intruding through behind the stucco and
through the CMU joints.
We were able to highlight the areas, based on the infrared report, of specific water intrusion locations. from this data we prepared a detailed cost
estimate that included areas where backer-rods were recommended and a new stucco cross section recommended post CMU repairs.
